i found my stay quite charmed! the room was very tidy, i could relax easily. i also found its location very useful, especially since it was near a few landmarks. .).

the shower area requires attention to prevent water from spreading, particularly because of the door gap.

the check-in was frustrating. i arrived and my room was not ready (even though it was well past the stated check-in time). i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. also, the staff seemed generally uninterested in resolving the issue and offered little in the way of apology or compensation (perhaps they were just having a bad day?).

the hotel had a great location near main attractions it was easy to walk to many sites i appreciated being close to good pavement eateries and shops the room was clean and the bed comfortable i also enjoyed the air conditioning in my room . the staff were friendly and helpful. there was also tea and coffee available in my room. there was a safe location too.

my room faced the street there was some noise i would have preferred a quieter room facing the back.

the hotel features a convenient lift , made accessing upper floors very simple. the breakfast area was well maintained. storage for baggage was provided. the air conditioning in my room worked very well during a warm period.
